Sane Sundays — Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Sane Sundays!
These terms explain what you're buying, how you
can use it, and where you stand. We've kept them as plain and friendly as we
can — if anything's unclear, just ask us at hello@sanesundays.com

Sane Sundays is sold by Sane Sundays ABN 0413131910.
By purchasing,you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
Sane Sundays is a digital meal-planning and shopping-list template built in
Notion. When you purchase, we send you an access link to duplicate the
planner into your own Notion workspace.
You'll need a Notion account — the free plan is all you need.
Sane Sundays is an independent product and isn't affiliated with or
endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.
2. Duplicating your planner
Please duplicate your Sane Sundays planner into your Notion workspace within
14 days of purchase. Once duplicated, it is yours to keep. The access link
expires after this period, so please duplicate promptly.
If something goes wrong with your link or your duplicate doesn't work, contact
us at hello@sanesundays.com — we'll sort it out.
3. Your licence
One purchase provides one personal household licence. That means you and
the people you live with can use it, on as many devices as you like.
Your planner may not be shared, gifted, resold, redistributed or published online
in any form. Please keep your access link private.
4. Intellectual property
We own the Sane Sundays template, including its structure, recipes and
wording. Your licence lets you use it — it doesn't transfer ownership. Anything
you add to your own copy (your regulars, your meal plans, your notes) is yours.
5. Refunds and your consumer rights
Because Sane Sundays is a digital product delivered instantly, we don't offer
change-of-mind refunds once your access link has been sent.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If
the product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what we said it would,
you're entitled to a remedy — contact us and we'll make it right.
6. Using your planner
Sane Sundays works its magic through some behind-the-scenes linking. It will
work as described when that structure is left intact. Renaming or deleting
columns, or adding your own recipes without the proper linking, can stop
features like the Shopping List from working.
We're always happy to help if something looks odd — just know we can't
guarantee features in copies where the behind-the-scenes structure has been
changed.
7. Family Favourites Setup (optional service)
If you purchase Family Favourites Setup, we'll load your own recipes into your
planner, properly linked so your Shopping List and Pantry Check work with
them.
The service is a one-off, delivered as described at the time of purchase
(bundle size, turnaround and tweak rounds included).
You review everything before we call it done.
Your recipes stay yours. We never reuse, share or publish them.
Once your recipes are approved and delivered, any later changes you make
are your own.
8. Privacy
We collect only what we need to deliver your purchase — typically your name
and email address. We'll never sell your details or share them except as needed
to deliver your order (for example, our payment provider).
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential
loss arising from use of the planner. Our liability for any claim is limited to the
purchase price you paid, except where the Australian Consumer Law provides
otherwise.
Sane Sundays is a planning tool — recipes and shopping suggestions are
general in nature. Please always check ingredients for allergies and dietary
needs for your household.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you
purchased applies to your purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
